Children and extra beds:

Children can not be accommodated in the two studios. Extra beds are not available.

Cancellation:

If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged to cedit card.
If canceled or modified modified later, credit card will be charged with the total amount.

Advance payment:

A deposit of 50 percent of the total amount will be payable immediately after the reservation. The total amount of booking with taxes are payable no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Tax and service charge:

3.80% VAT is included.
